Our expert team uses the advanced Electrolux Lagoon® water-based system to gently clean, repair, and preserve delicate fabrics, lace, and beadwork. Every gown receives a bespoke, white-glove service, tailored to its silhouette and fabric type, ensuring exceptional results every time.
From collection to return delivery, your gown is treated with the utmost care. After cleaning, it’s pressed, wrapped in pH-neutral tissue, and placed in a luxury preservation box to prevent yellowing and fabric ageing.

Your journey with Cherish Your Dress commences by choosing the dress cleaning method that complements your dress silhouette most effectively. We provide a white-glove service tailored to five distinct silhouettes.

THE STORY BEGINS
After confirming your dress cleaning order, we will dispatch a postal pack containing comprehensive instructions on how to meticulously package and send us your dress.
We use DPD as our courier partner, who will coordinate a convenient collection date and time directly from your doorstep. Subsequently, your package will be securely transported to our North East atelier.
IN SAFE HANDS
Upon receipt of your wedding dress, we will promptly contact you to confirm its safe arrival. Our dress cleaning process commences with a meticulous assessment of your gown to identify the most suitable technique for stain removal. Should we identify any intricate repairs during this assessment, we will reach out to you with our professional recommendations along with a personalised quote for the required work.
Rest assured that our skilled team of experienced seamstresses will handle any necessary repairs with utmost care and expertise. Your dress is in capable hands throughout the entire process.
A TOUCH OF MAGIC
Once your wedding dress has been cleaned, we will carefully wrap it in delicate pH-neutral paper and a beautiful preservation box lif a preserve package is chosen) or preserve in a Cherish Your Dress garmentcover for Express and Clean Only services.
THE FINAL JOURNEY
Once we have completed the dress cleaning process, we will contact you with photographs of your dress and to arrange delivery.
For Clean and Preserve and Clean Only services, the process usually takes 4-6 weeks. The process for our Express Service usually takes one week.
