Our dress cleaning packages are based on five silhouette styles. Within the description of each silhouette, we provide details of the type of dress each silhouette applies to along with example images.

Please choose the silhouette which is most similar to your dress to ensure the garment cover and preservation box created for your order is to the correct dimensions.

We offer a dress cleaning service for five different silhouette styles.

We cannot guarentee that all stains will be completely remove from your wedding dress.

Our expert team of experienced seamstresses can make any repairs which need to be carried out.

Minor repairs to your wedding dress are included as part of the cleaning service, such as reattaching buttons and fixing hook and eyes.

Please note that buttons will need to be provided.

Any major repairs will be quoted for once the dress has been assessed in our atelier.

Upon placing an order for your selected dress cleaning package, we will send you a postal pack with instructions detailing how to carefully package and send us your dress, so you can be rest assured it will arrive safely with us.

Our courier of choice is DPD, who will arrange a date and time to collect the package from your door, and transport it to our North East atelier.

Once we have completed the dress cleaning process, we will contact you with photographs of your dress and to arrange delivery.

For Clean and Preserve and Clean Only services, the process usually takes 4-6 weeks. The process for our Express Service usually takes one week.

We recommend sending your dress for cleaning as soon as possible after your wedding day. This is because stains embedded within fabrics become more difficult to remove over time.

All wedding dresses are fully insured for loss or damaged.

We offer our wedding dress cleaning services throughout the UK, and arrange collection and delivery through our preferred courier, DPD.

If you are based in the North East, you can take advantage of our door-to-door service, where we will directly collect from and deliver back your home.

Upon receiving your wedding dress, we will be in touch to confirm its safe arrival.

Once we have completed the dress cleaning process, we will contact you with photographs of your dress and to arrange delivery.

Upon placing your order, you have the option to add on accessories to your dress cleaning service. This includes: veils, jackets, overskirts and boleros. These items will be cleaned at an additional cost and packaged with your wedding dress.

We also provide cleaning services for bridesmaid dresses, mother of the bride, suits and christening gowns.
